We seem to be arriving at this point, the end of year, much faster every succeeding year! In our fast paced world where we try to pack in as many chores as possible, when we try to have it all, it is good to take a step back and ponder a while. I am sure you would have had a very rewarding and fulfilling year,with many pleasant experiences and memories to treasure!

Well, that is what we at Jetwing try hard to do! We strive to give each one of you an unforgettable experience in our little Island home, so you can share it with your friends and of course return for more. This is the reason for our being, after all, we are the home of Sri Lankan hospitality! We select special hotels, special sites and sights, new products and services that will give you a lasting experience and our guides, chauffeur guides and associates will touch your hearts in a very special way. To all of you who have entrusted your much longed-for holiday to Jetwing in 2015, our sincere thanks and we hope we have lived up to our promise.

If we have disappointed you in any way, our apologies and we will strive harder to do better. To those of you who have still not experienced Jetwing hospitality, my wish for the new year is that you will honour us with that privilege.

I also take this opportunity to thank all our suppliers who have supported us throughout the year and look forward to an even better cooperation in the New Year! We have many exciting projects at Jetwing Hotels which are scheduled to be unveiled in 2016! Jetwing Kaduruketha, a very unique concept in Wellawaya, was introduced in December this year. It is set amidst hills and paddy fields and will give you a feel for the genuine and simple village life in a remote area in the country. Once again, Jetwing has gone to a hitherto unknown area for tourism and introduced a new concept, as we have done many times before.

Our Head Office Building in Colombo and Jetwing Yala won 2 of the 3 Gold Medals that were awarded at the National Energy Efficiency awards just held. We are humbled by this and it is heartening to note that our efforts in introducing environmentally friendly practices are being recognized. With the entire Jetwing team, let me wish you the best for the season and a New Year filled with health, wealth, security and peace of mind!
